Exchange & Warranty Policy

  • Exchanges allowed within 3 days of delivery (shipping at customer’s cost). Items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and in original packaging.
  • Factory defects can be exchanged within 30 days (evidence required). No refunds.
  • Incorrect address orders require a reshipping fee.
  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects only within 21 days. Misuse or sizing issues are not covered.
