Sizing Help: Your Complete Size Chart & Sizing Guide
Finding the perfect fit for your shapewear is essential for both comfort and effectiveness. This comprehensive guide will help you determine the right size for all our products: body shapers, waist trainers, bras, and body gloves.
General Sizing Tips
Not all shapewear is created equal. There is a tendency for us to want to order a size smaller than we should with the perception that tighter means better results. However, size matters, and when we say size, we're referring to your true measurements as determined by your waist, hips, and bust.
Please note that our shapewear products tend to run smaller than regular clothing because they're designed to compress and shape your body. In most cases, you'll find that the size you order according to our charts will feel tight initially. For this reason, we recommend following the specific size recommendations provided with each product.
When in doubt, always size up! If you find yourself falling between two sizes and are unsure, always take the next size up. An overly tight fit will be uncomfortable and may discourage you from using your shapewear, which is what we want to avoid.
How to Measure Correctly
Tools You'll Need:
- A flexible measuring tape or non-stretchy string and a ruler
For the Most Accurate Measurements:
- Remove or raise clothing - To get an accurate measurement, remove any layers of clothing blocking the area you're measuring.
- Stand properly - Stand up straight with your feet together and maintain good posture.
- Measure while relaxed - Take measurements after exhaling normally, not while holding your breath.
- Keep tape parallel - Ensure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and fits snugly without digging into your skin.
- Double-check - Repeat each measurement twice to ensure accuracy.
Measuring Specific Areas of Your Waist
Waist
- Find the narrowest part of your torso, typically above the belly button
- This is the soft, fleshy section between the top of your hips and the base of your rib cage
- You can also identify it by leaning slightly to the side the spot that folds inward is your natural waist
Measuring Your Bra Size
Bust/Chest
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust
- Make sure the tape is straight across your back
- Don't pull the tape too tight, it should be comfortably snug
Underbust
- Measure directly under your bust where the band of your bra sits
- Keep the tape snug and level all the way around
Body Shapers Size Guide

Tips for Body Shapers:
- If your measurements fall between sizes, consider what areas you want to focus on shaping
- For tummy control, prioritize your waist measurement
- For hip and thigh shaping, prioritize your hip measurement
- Remember that body shapers should feel snug but not painful
Waist Trainers Size Guide
Waist trainers are specifically designed to cinch your waist and should fit tighter than regular clothing. Most of our waist trainers come with multiple rows of hooks to allow for adjustment as your waist size decreases.
| Size | Waist (inches) | Weight (lbs) | US Dress Size |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 22-24 | 90-110 | 0-2 |
| S | 25-27 | 110-130 | 4-6 |
| M | 28-30 | 130-150 | 8-10 |
| L | 31-33 | 150-170 | 12-14 |
| XL | 34-37 | 170-190 | 16-18 |
| 2XL | 38-41 | 190-210 | 20-22 |
| 3XL | 42-45 | 210-230 | 24-26 |
Tips for Waist Trainers:
- For waist trainers, the waist measurement is the most critical factor
- Waist trainers should fit very snug on the loosest hook setting when new
- Many of our trainers come with 3 rows of hooks for adjustment as you size down
- If you're new to waist training, wear your trainer for just 1-2 hours daily, gradually increasing wear time
Bras Size Guide
Finding the perfect bra fit involves both band size (underbust measurement) and cup size (difference between bust and underbust).
| US | EU | A | B | C | D | DD | DDD/E |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 32 | 70 | S | S | S | M | M | L |
| 34 | 75 | S | S | M | M | L | / |
| 36 | 80 | M | M | L | L | XL | / |
| 38 | 85 | L | L | XL | XL | XL | / |
| 40 | 90 | XL | XL | XL | XXL | XXL | 3XL |
| 42 | 95 | XXL | XXL | 3XL | 3XL | 3XL | / |
How to Calculate Your Bra Size:
- Measure your underbust in inches (round to the nearest whole number)
- Add 4 inches if the measurement is even, 5 inches if odd – this is your band size
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust
- Subtract your band size from your bust measurement
- Each inch difference represents a cup size: 1"=A, 2"=B, 3"=C, 4"=D, etc.
Tips for Bras:
- A properly fitted bra should sit flat against your sternum
- The band should be level all the way around (not riding up in back)
- Straps should be comfortable, not digging into your shoulders
- You should be able to fit two fingers under the band comfortably
Body Gloves Size Guide
Body gloves provide full-body shaping and usually cover from bust to thigh. Getting the right fit requires considering multiple measurements.
| SIZE | WAIST INCHES | DRESS |
|---|---|---|
| XS/S | 24 - 27 | 4 - 8 |
| M/L | 28 - 33 | 8 - 12(S) |
| XL/XXL | 34 - 38 | 12 - 16(S) |
| XXXL/XXXXL | 39 - 43 | 16 - 20 |
Tips for Body Gloves:
- Body gloves should fit snugly throughout without creating bulges
- Pay attention to the length, the body glove should fit your torso length properly
- For body gloves with built-in bra support, make sure the cups align with your natural bust position
- If you're between sizes, consider which area you want to focus on shaping and choose accordingly
Common Sizing Questions
I'm different sizes according to my weight, waist and/or hips - what should I do?
This happens frequently! Bodies come in all shapes and proportions, and size charts are just a guide to help determine YOUR best option.
If you're unsure, we recommend:
- For body shapers and body gloves: Go with your hip size for maximum comfort
- For waist trainers: Prioritize your waist measurement
- If you want more compression in the tummy area, use the waist measurement
I'm in-between sizes - What should I do?
When in doubt, size up. This has been the solution for most of our customers. An overly tight garment will be uncomfortable and may discourage regular use.
If I don't have a measuring tape?
If you don't have a body measuring tape and prefer to order based on what typically works, we suggest ordering 1 size larger than what you would buy for a new tight tank/tee shirt (not your "comfy" hoodie size).
Final Reminders
- For the most accurate sizing - Please refer to the size chart on the specific product page
- DO NOT guess or assume your size! Shapewear fits differently than regular clothes
- When in doubt, reach out to our customer service team for personalized assistance
- Remember that new shapewear will feel tight at first but will adapt to your body with wear
