She carried the pregnancy for nine months, went through the pain, pushed life into this world but instead of joy; she was asked a question that broke her heart “Is it a boy?” because in some homes, if it’s not a boy it’s not enough. 💔 

Is the gender of a child determined by a woman? Walk with me Queen.

*Anonymous* Ngozi had her 4th child another beautiful baby girl. While still in pain, still recovering, her mother-in-law said quietly: “It’s okay, next one will be a boy.” Next one? 

Her husband didn't even utter a word, He dumped the gift in a trash and left disappointed. Can you imagine? 🥹

Days later, the pressure started: "You need to try again, Other women are giving birth to sons, What is wrong with you?”

Later the husband avoided her and the entire family treated her like she committed a crime.

She held her daughters close one night and cried so much. This isn't because she doesn't love them but because the world around her was treating them like they weren't enough and for something she never had control over!!!

*THE REALITY*

Many women are suffering in silence because of this, being blamed for not having a male child, compared to other women, pressured to keep giving birth regardless of the circumstances, disrespected by in-laws feeling like daughters are less valued in the world or society at large. 😢 

*The painful truth?* 

1: The woman does not determine the gender of a child but ignorance, culture and pressure keep placing the burden on her.

2: *The Deeper Issue*

This is not just about male or female children. It's about:

-Ignorance

-Low mentality

-Families that refuse to learn and grow

3: Men who cannot stand up for their wives: A man who understands will never let his wife carry blame for what she cannot control.

*LESSONS*

_Who you marry matters deeply, Not just money only but mindset or personality.

_Choose a man who thinks, learns and stands for you.

_Don’t ignore signs of ignorance or toxic family pressure or you'll see wonders. 😣

_For the girl moms, your daughters are not a mistake. They are blessings. 

_Never accept a life where you are constantly blamed for things beyond you. 🙏🏽

To every Mom who has ever been made to feel “less” You are not the problem. You carried life, gave birth,You're loved.
