NOT EVERY VOICE DESERVES MY TRUST.

NOT EVERY VOICE DESERVES MY TRUST.

*Not Every Voice Deserves My Trust* 🧘‍♀️

Sometimes, the people we admire the most don't even know we exist.

We laugh at their jokes, defend their opinions, share their videos, consume every advice and before we know it, we're making life decisions based on words that were NEVER spoken with us in mind. 🥹

The painful part?

When they change direction, they move on with their lives...

But we are left to live with the consequences of the choices we made because of them.

*💌 Anonymous Story*

Ella had a role model she admired on social media, she stopped listening to her heart because she believed an online personality with one million followers always had the right answers. She ended a good relationship because she was convinced that love doesn't exist in all contents posted.

Years later, she watched the same person celebrate the things she condemned. "She continued living her life while i was left broken trying to fix mine. Ella wept! 😢

*What Can We Learn?*

1: Never hand your life over to someone who may not even know you as a follower.

2: Not every viral opinion is wisdom. Sometimes, it's simply content created to attract attention. 👂🏻

3: Whether it's relationships, marriage, motherhood, business, money-making or fitness, think deeper before you follow.🙏🏽

4: Social media also pressures women to chase impossible body standards and quick fixes. Don't let trends make you dislike your body. Healthy change takes patience, consistency and the right support. 🫂

" At GetFit, we believe in real progress not unrealistic expectations. Our products are designed to support a healthy lifestyle not replace it.

*A Little Reminder ❤️*

-You were not created to become a copy of someone's opinions.

-Learn from people, Be inspired by people but never become so devoted to another person's voice that you lose your own.

Your future deserves decisions made with wisdom, not pressure or trends.
