REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES
Contact us within 3 days of delivery date for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspections and availability. If you choose to exchange for an item that is out of stock, we can then offer credit that you can use to reorder at a later time, such as when the item becomes back in stock. (credit will not including or cover shipping cost).
We recommend using a trackable delivery service, Please also remember that you are responsible for paying your returning shipping charges. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items.

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Exchange can take up to 3-7 business days excluding holidays from the time our warehouse receives the exchange and approves your product exchange.

FACTORY DEFECT POLICY
Factory Defective products may only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your evidence of payment , pictures and videos describing the factory defect, and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.
In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the product as needed, We do not provide refunds.
Factory defect exchanges can take up to 3-7 business days from the time our warehouse receives the exchange and approves your product for exchange.
Logistics of products are to be handled by customer.
All sales are FINAL we do not offer refunds only Exchange within 3 days of delivery and you will be responsible for the logistics fee involved in returning and receiving your exchange.
INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION/RETURNED PACKAGE POLICY
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted. When placing an order, please ensure that your address is correct. This includes your name, street name, apartment number, or suite number. *If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee.
Quality Assurance Policy
At Getfit one of our main goals is to ensure we provide good quality and very effective products. As a result ALL of our products are covered by Manufacturer defect Warranty for any factory defect that may occur within 21 days of receiving your order, this is enough time as Factory defects are easily noticed. If you do not contact us within the 21 days in regards to any Factory defects, we will not be able to replace the item. Please note our warranty covers only Factory/manufacturer defects . Damages as a result of misuse, abuse or from product been very undersized will not be granted and will be declined at our discretion.

Do not pull the adjustments/straps on our waist trimmers/bands too tight around your waist as our garments are not meant to be worn extremely tight and should fit comfortably.
